Games Engineering @ alpha Uni

23 Jan 2025

Two fantastic students have captured some impressions from their daily life in the Games Engineering program in this documentary. The challenges are numerous and multifaceted, and the educational gains are enormous.

The focus of the film is on the project work in one of the courses that the students must complete. It involves Game Lab 2, where external stakeholders—such as Professor Keram Pfeiffer, shown in the example—motivate the development of technology components for interactive systems and games and also provide user perspective guidance. Systematically capturing the stakeholders’ requirements and developing a good, as general as possible, solution to a problem is a challenging endeavor. More about that in the video… :D

Many thanks to the two students (!), colleague Keram Pfeiffer, my colleagues Jean-Luc Lugrin and Marc Latoschik, and the team at alpha Uni!
